Tiffany Thompson
Founder & Formulator
After years of chemical treatments that left her hair brittle and breaking, Tiffany Thompson turned to her grandmother's garden. She found rosemary, hibiscus, and black seed oil — ingredients that had nourished generations of women before her.
What started as a personal ritual became Phoenix Haircare. Tiffany spent three years studying botanical formulation, sourcing ethically grown ingredients, and testing every blend on herself before sharing it with the world.
Today, Phoenix Haircare serves thousands of women who are done settling — for products that don't work, for ingredients they can't pronounce, for a beauty industry that never had them in mind.
